Spare parts guarantee

1 year manufacturer's warranty on spare parts from the invoice date. Plugless and gas-powered devices must be connected by a specialist. In the case of refrigerators and freezers, the parameters must be set by a specialist when they are commissioned for the first time. Failure to comply will void the warranty. The technician's invoice must be kept within the warranty period. 

The spare parts guarantee is free.

1 year full warranty or 2 years full warranty

1 year guarantee from date of invoice. Plugless and gas-powered devices must be connected by a specialist. In the case of refrigerators and freezers, the parameters must be set by a specialist when they are commissioned for the first time. Failure to comply will void the warranty. The technician's invoice must be kept within the warranty period. Assumption of the craftsman's costs for the craftsman who was commissioned by SGS Gastro International GmbH within the guarantee period.

• 1 year full guarantee: 5% surcharge of the net value of the goods + plus VAT.

• 2-year full guarantee: 10% surcharge on the net value of the goods + plus VAT.

The following materials are excluded from the warranty:

Materials made of glass, seals, sealing material, ceramics, fireclay, as well as wearing parts such as e.g. B. Thermocouples.

The following countries are excluded from the full guarantee:

Sweden, Russia, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, as well as countries outside of Europe.
