Below you will find the prices for our shipping costs. During working hours, our customer service will be happy to answer all your questions.

Germany

Parcel and forwarding: EUR 0.00 (after EUR 300)

We ship free of charge within Germany from a minimum order value of 300 €. This includes both parcel and freight shipments and is independent of the order value. Free delivery applies to complete deliveries of standard catalog items (for islands and mountain stations we deliver free mainland/bottom station, excluding special economic zones).

Shipping to Europe and countries

(*) The shipping costs correspond to standard prices per pallet, depending on the order quantity and product type. A definitive determination is only possible after determining the desired product/service and the place of delivery! You can inquire about the shipping costs for all countries on our hotline.
General information on shipping costs to other countries is not possible. A direct order via our online shop is therefore not possible. Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to provide you with a free special offer.
 
Delivery times and further information

Depending on the item, the delivery time is usually 1 to 14 working days. You can find more information in the delivery times of the respective product. Our delivery is always curbside free. Further shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the size and weight, we send our items by freight forwarder or parcel service.

Please note the following special regulations:

There is no direct delivery to an island.
We deliver free of charge to the last mainland train station.

There is also no direct delivery to a mountain station.
Here the goods are delivered to the valley station.
